Rules of Storage

Rent is due on or before the 1st day of each month. A late fee of $10.00/$15.00 will be charged after the 10th of the month. Insurance is the sole responsibility of the occupant.

1. No smoking on the premises.
2. No residing, cooking, or sleeping on the premises.
3. No consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substance on the premises.
4. No alteration of the premises permitted.
5. No tampering with the unit or property of other tenants.
6. No use of electrical appliances and equipment is permitted on the premises.
7. Premises must be broom clean at move out.
8. No items or garbage of any kind may be left in or outside of unit at move out.

Storage of the Following Items is Prohibited:

  • Firearms or Ammunition
  • Live Animals
  • Perishable Goods
  • Live Plants
  • Illegal or Stolen Goods
  • Antiques and Heirlooms
  • Valuable Jewelry, Coins, & Precious Metals
  • Valuable Works of Art
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Toxic Materials or Substances
  • Paint
  • Flammable or Combustible Materials
  • Gas, Propane, or Fuel
  • Aerosol or Pressurized Materials

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE RULES OR TO PAY RENT AS AGREED UPON IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF ACCESS TO THE PREMISES AND/OR TERMINATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
